Returns

We are pleased to offer a 14-day return window, allowing you 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and in the original packaging.

To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@diialuxe.com. If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

To help ensure you receive your desired item as quickly and smoothly as possible, we kindly recommend returning the original item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item at your convenience.
